Shipping Policy

We ship orders within India and Internationally.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Any delays in processing times will be communicated promptly.

Make on Order – For products that are made on order, please note that additional time is required for production or manufacturing before the order is ready for shipment. The production time varies depending on the complexity of the product and current order volume. The estimated production time will be communicated to you upon placing the order.

Shipping Timeframes: After the production/manufacturing process is completed, orders are typically shipped for domestic and international orders as per below timeframes: -

Domestic Orders shipping timeframe: minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 7 working days from the date of shipping confirmation date.

International Orders shipping timeframe: minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 15 working days from the date of shipping confirmation date.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via DTDC for domestic orders and DHL Express for international orders. Expedited shipping options may also be available at an additional cost.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. Customers can view shipping charges during the checkout process before completing their purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your package using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
