Return & Refund Policy

Aradhanashop.com endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is meticulously executed. We take great care to deliver our products and adhere to the highest quality standards to ensure you are delighted by our products and service.

As a policy, we will accept return or exchange only for products which are wrongfully delivered (product does not match the item in the confirmed order) or are damaged. As almost all of our products are handmade, there is likely to be slight variation in each product.

For all customised products and portraits, the image of the final product will be shared with the customer for confirmation before proceeding to shipment. Only when the customer is completely satisfied with the product, will the product be shipped to the customer. Return or exchange of customised products will be accepted only in case of the damaged or incorrect product (product not as per order confirmation) received. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you’ll receive a credit note for the value of your return.

To be eligible for return or exchange: -

- Please contact our Customer Care department, within 48 hours of the product being received, on support@aradhanashop.com or call us on 9509936130 (between 10:00 am to 6:00pm).  

- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Please share any image of tampering of the package, missing item, or damage to us by email and to the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.

- No return or exchange will be provided if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.

Aradhanashop.com reserves the right to handle return or exchange requests on a case by case basis and provide resolution as it deems fit.

Processing the return or exchange request: -

- Once the return or exchange request is received, our team will process the request within 48 working hours.

- Upon approval of the return or exchange, the order will be picked from the customer’s address by our courier partner.

- The shipping cost for the return order will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.

- Upon approval of the return or exchange request, the credit amount will be transferred to your debit or credit card or net banking account, within 3 working days.

Order Cancellation - Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you let us know within an hour of the order placed regarding the cancellation request, we will try to process your request.

In case of domestic orders, refunds will be processed within 5-7 days, and for international orders, it will take 10-15 days after receiving the product at the company warehouse.
